I have been working with EMS for the past four and a half years as a technical account manager, where I have had a chance to expand my knowledge and experience, starting from basic customer support, BES projects planning and implementation, acting as a presales engineer, delivering trainings for clients and partners, all the way to carrying out carrier technical management tasks. It is a dynamic and a challenging environment which provides huge diversity in assigned roles and tasks, allowing such great expansion in my experience and carrier. On a personal level, EMS has always been there for me when it came to family affairs, and has always proven that “Family Comes First” does not contradict with the business requirements, on the contrary, such peace of mind defiantly allowed me to maximize my productivity.
