EMS’ Technical Services teams are ISO 9000:2008 QMS certified. All teams are fully integrated and aligned towards a common objective, is to provide our partners and clients with world class technical services. Different teams come under the technical services umbrella where services vary from applications & software development to assisting with carrier’s radio network and leased lines related issues. Drive tests, and log extraction/analysis along with localization support are other tasks performed by technical services. In addition to a highly skilled team of certified trainers providing advanced technical trainings and tailored made enterprise/consumer courses. With on ground technical representation in major markets through our Technical Account Managers, we are able to tackle issues locally and in timely manner. Our product management team is engaged with our partners on regular basis to ensure full support with regards to product knowledge, help with launching new services and provide full assistance with go-to-marketing plans. Teams in technical services are also responsible for the delivery of the variety of professional & managed services in our portfolio. To ensure full integration and complete commitment to timelines & milestones, all technical services teams are following the project methodology which is managed by a centralized technical program management team.
