First & Only RIM Certified Repair Center in Middle East, with over 40+ certified highly skilled engineers distributed across our CRC (Customer Repair Centre) in Dubai (authorized for Level 2 repairs and working on upgrading it to Level 2.5, our four authorized CSC (Customer Service Centers) in KSA, South Africa, Nigeria & Egypt, while work is in progress to establish two new SC (Service Centers) in Kuwait & Pakistan. EMS is covering the region when it comes to repair services using the advanced certified tools & equipments to ensure great customer’s experience with after sales support.
