The Support Centre team consists of certified engineers with over 100+ industry certification where 30+ of which are BlackBerry Certified Solution Designers “The highest Support Certification offered by RIM”. All engineers rotate between handling tickets and onsite support, this gives our customers the chance to always have their cases handled by engineers who have “hands-on” experience. This puts us at a great advantage to provide our customers with competitive response & resolution times. In addition to being ISO 9000:2008 certified team, over 98% of the technical support cases raised to EMS is closed by this team with no need to escalate further.
